All members are required to download and complete a DBQ Individual Application & Declaration Form and a BFD Membership Application Form attached below. Please return forms to the BFD Registrar at registrarburleighfd@gmail.com.
- Please follow instructions on the BFD Membership Application Form to pay the Club fees ($125) into BFD's bank account.
- To register for the current season and pay your DBQ/AusDBF insurance/participation fees ($114), please select one of the options below.
